Peppermint is popular in many forms, from toothpaste to candy.  In the form of essential oil it is a must have for every home.  Peppermint essential oil uses span a wide range of benefits.  It can replace many over-the-counter products and cleaners. It has reduced the cost of over the counter pain meds in my house.
Peppermint is my favorite essential oil, and second would be my lavender essential oil.  I use both everyday and would not want to be without either of them.  I suggest if this oil is not on your shelve you need to consider investing in a bottle.

There are many peppermint essential oil uses.  Peppermint can be used to invigorate the senses, ease breathing, help with stomach problems, repel insects and so much more.

I have used peppermint on my temples for headaches, on my chest to open my airway. I have not tried on the bottom of my feet yet, but will sure give it a try soon. I have also inhaled to improve my mental alertness and wake me up on those groggy mornings. It is a very diverse oil and a must have for every home.

Once I get my diffuser Tuesday I’m sure I will be using the Peppermint, Lavender and Eucalyptus together to make a refreshing aroma for the house.
