Hey everyone, I have come up with another quick and easy meal for a Taco Tuesday or any other day of the week, its a simple Taco Pasta, that is delicious and the whole family will enjoy.

I’m a  big fan of easy meals under 30 minutes, which I’m sure all moms are on the same wave length as me. When your on the go with kids, baseball games and just every day life, you need meals that cut down on your cooking time but are always good for the family and that the family will enjoy. Heck ladies this will give you more time to relax and have a glass of wine. I have came across wine baskets that would be great gifts for us moms, yep Mother’s Day is just around the corner. So ladies, tell your hubby’s/boyfriends that you need some wine to go along with all these great 30 minutes meals. 🙂 I hope all the women out there has the best Mother’s Day ever!

I have done this recipe as a pasta bake before, but this time I just cooked it all on the stove top to reduce the time of baking and save some time so I could enjoy more of the evening. By 6:00pm, dinner had been served and devoured and now I’m able to sit down and start on my blog post. So get ready, the recipe is below. Hope you enjoy as much as I do.
